Starting with the most existential question, What is a PostMoji?
A PostMoji is a 12 x 12 custom wall/desk art that you could send to a friend/lover/fellow human along with a postcard, instead of a text message. We're bringing the old-school of expression back, so get creative & surprise the people you love with this little package of joy.
What mode of payments do we accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, net-banking & UPI.
Do we accept International Cards?
Absolutely. Use the Pay Pal checkout if you're looking to pay with an international card.
Can I place an order on COD?
PostMoji's are usually sent as gifts, so we don't accept orders on COD.
What's the cancellation or refund policy?
An order once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
What happens if the PostMoji is damaged on delivery?
PostMoji's are pretty durable, but s**t happens! So in case of any damage just send us a picture on email@example.com and we'll take care of the rest.
Which countries does PostMoji ship to?
We currently ship only in India, but when we launch in other countries we'll make sure you're the first to know. (so sign up for our newsletter)
Is sending a message with the PostMoji mandatory?
YES! We are sure it's a little souvenir the recipient would love to safe for the future, so type way in the message box on the product page!
How do I apply Discount Coupons or Codes?
Once you select the Moji you'd like to send, and click checkout you'll be able to add the discount coupon on Right Hand Side of the Shipping Method page!
Can I request for a custom design or custom made PostMoji?
You most definitely can. We'd take custom orders on a case to case basis, and the cost will vary according to the order itself.
Is PostMoji open to corporate gifting or partnerships?
We are all ears, just reach out to us from the Contact Us tab.
How many days does PostMoji take to deliver?
All orders are dispatched one business day after they are received, and generally take 1 - 5 business days to get delivered. We are constantly working on optimizing that timeline.
